Any item purchased from
suitshack.com
that fails to live up to your satisfaction may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund, providing that the garment has not been tailored and/or worn, with the original tags attached to the item(s).
For any claim, exchange, refunds or questions, please send an email to

within 24 hours after receiving your order.
(PLEASE DO NOT CALL). In your email please make sure to include your First and Last Name, Address, Order Id #, Tel # and your Message. Otherwise we will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the sales become final. We will reply back within 72 hours.
There is no shipping charges on exchanges if we shipped you the wrong item (style, color or size), However you still have to pay for the freight sending your item back to us for any reason.
If we shipped you the correct item and for some other reasons you want us to exchange it for you, please include a cashiers check or money order for handling fee for amont of $15.00 payable to ITALSUIT with your package sending it back to us.
Any claim regarding the quality, stains, fit or damages or defects and etc... should be reported to us before the tags are taken off, before any alteration, and before wearing the product. We are not responsible for any claim after the suit is worn.
Any returns should have a RA (return authorization) number noted outside of the box. The RA number is generated by SUITSHACK when you email us for the returns or exchanges. If for some reason the RA number is not given to you, please make sure you ask for it.
Any packages returned to us without the RA number is subject to be refused by our receiving department's staff.
This will cause a delay on your exchange or refund and might be considered as a final purchase.
You can just write the RA number on top of the package next to the address with a marker.
Any refund will be Your item minus freight minus 10% restocking fee.
