Q:
I wear a 42R jacket, and 32” waist pants. I looked at your store, and noticed all your 42R jackets come with 36” pants waist. What do I do ? Can I have 42R jacket with 32” waist pants?
A:
Usually No. All the suits in this store come with standard matching jacket pants size."see our size chart". In some special cases we might be able to switch the pants. There will be additional fee. However all pants are made in a way that could be taken in the waist or let out the waist about 2 inches. All pants are open inseam. you have to hem it.
Q:
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order? How can I return them back?
A:
Yes. You can return them to us as long as the suit must be in its original condition with tags attached. You must notify the seller at
info@suitshack.com
within 24 hours and return the suit within 7 days after you receive the suit. When you return, please include the original packing slip and include a note that you would like to return or exchange it, and return to our company address. Refund will be made within 7 business days after returned item is received. The Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged package so we suggest you would use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground).

Can I exchange for a different size or item if it’s not fit or if I do not like it, and how to do it?
A:
Yes. As described in the return policy above, the suit must be in its original condition with tags attached + $15 check under italsuit or credit card on the phone by your aouthorization will be charged $15.00. You must notify the seller within 24 hours by email (PLEASE DO NOT CALL) and return the suit within 7 days after you receive the suit. When you return the package, please include the original packing slip and include a note that you would like to exchange for a different size or item, and return to our company address in the item description page of the listing. Exchange will be made within 7 business days after returned item is received. Again, the Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged package so we suggest you would use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground). As a common practice, the Buyer will pay his own shipping charge to send the item back to the Seller; the Seller will send the replacement at the Seller’s expense by UPS ground. Any refund will be the item amount minus 10% restocking fee.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

All suits comes in a special canvas cover bag and not just a nylon poly bag. Our suits are quality (even they are low price), and we handle and ship them with special care. This bag will keep the shape of the suit as fresh and brand new as day one and is also perfect for traveling. We use new boxes for every shipment. We send most of our items out by UPS with tracking. We use USPS if shipping to a PO box address. You can expect to receive your package within 1 or 2 or 3 or 7-10 business days,depending what shipping method you choose. Most items listed are in stock and will be shipped the same day. However all payments must be received before items can be shipped. We normally ship packages out every weekday for ordered received by 3:00 PM pacific time. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the day after. We do not ship on weekeneds. Special request must be made by email or phone, and should be very clear.

Q: I received my suit, but it's not what I ordered, or does not fit, or I don't like it, or did not receive it on time. What do I do?
A: Do you want to send it back for exchange or refund or may be you can possibly keep it? or tailor it or dryclean it or ... For return or exchange simply go to our return policy and follow the steps.
Q: I need another suit right away. But I don't have time to send this back, and wait for another one. What do i do?
A:
We can send you another one immediately without delay. We charge you for this one, and you send the wrong suit back to us. After we receive the wrong one back, we refund your credit card.
Q: I sent the suit back. Did you guys receive it?
A: You can track this with the carrier you used or simply send us an email for us to check and get back to you.
Q: Do you guys have a store in .........?
A: No. We don't have store. We are not open to the public. We are here in a big warehouse, showroom and offices with huge inventory that does wholsesale for more than 20 years. We have designed this website selling online for your convenience. There is no middle man involved, and all our suits comes from our factory directly here, and we ship from our warehouse directly to you. However you are welcome to visit us. Call us before.
